It's great when an act conjures up the sound and image
of The Beatles, but can any band begin to generate the excitement and energy
of the original Fab Four? The Beatalls get closer than most, not that
audiences have to imagine too hard. These four lads from the East Midlands have

The Beatalls are a Beatle Tribute Band from Nottingham, Leicester and
Derby, East Midlands, UK (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire,
Yorkshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Staffordshire, Humberside, Cambridgeshire)
but the Beatles tribute act can take their music performances all around the
United Kingdom (Liverpool, Manchester, London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds,
Coventry, Northampton, Bristol, Cardiff, Newark, Mansfield, Hull, Lincoln, Stafford,
Stoke, Huddersfield, Bradford, Cambridge ..where ever!) or overseas to Europe
and Asia and are regular favourites at the Liverpool Beatles week and Mathew
Street conventions. The Beatalls foursome (Ian Watts, Andy Birkett, Steve
Heappey & Mel Heappey) play venues, functions, parties, weddings, birthdays
and play at conventions, festivals, chain venues, pubs, hotels, universities
and corporate events. The group use vintage or replica Beatles instruments,
guitars and drum kit - Gretsch, Rickenbacker, Hofner, Ludwig, Epiphone and Gibson
played through Vox AC30 and AC100 amplifiers. The Beatalls dress in tailored
Beatle suits with Cuban heel boots, Shea Stadium nero suits, Sergeant Pepper
costumes or late fashions Beatles stage wear, so The Beatalls are Beatles
sound alikes and Beatles look alikes. This top tribute put on their Beatles
Mersey Beat show right through the heady years of The Fab Four with Beatles
songs with covers such as Love Me Do, Please Please Me, Twist and Shout, From
Me To You, She Loves You, A Hard Day's Night, Can't Buy Me Love, Things We Said
Today, Help!, Norwegian Wood, Day Tripper, Paperback Writer, Taxman, Doctor
